Most of us know someone who is carrying more than they let on: a new relationship, a hard season in a long one, a separation, grief, a big move or simply the weight of everyday life. A counselling gift card is a gentle way of saying "you deserve support too", without pressure and without needing to know the details.
Gift cards also suit couples. Many people give one to their partner, or to a couple they love, as an invitation to slow down and reconnect: for an anniversary, a wedding, a new baby or a fresh start.
How it works
- Choose an amount or a session and pay online. Your invoice comes to you by email.
- Delivered by email or by post. We email the gift certificate to the person you're giving it to, or to you if you'd rather hand it over yourself. A printed card can also be posted if you prefer something to unwrap.
- Valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
- Easy to activate. On the booking page they choose Activate a gift card, enter the code and see which sessions it covers, then pick a time. Or they can call 03 9003 2595. If the session costs more than the card, the difference is paid at booking.

Counselling in Doncaster VIC and online
Sessions take place in a calm, comfortable room at 450 Doncaster Road, Doncaster VIC 3108, in Melbourne's eastern suburbs: about 20 minutes from the CBD with easy access to the Eastern Freeway, close to Templestowe, Balwyn, Bulleen, Box Hill and Kew. For anyone further away, the gift card works just as well for online sessions.
Is it okay to give counselling as a gift?
- Give it as an open invitation, not a suggestion that something is wrong.
- Let them choose if and when to use it. Three years gives plenty of time.
- It stays private: everything discussed in sessions is confidential, including from the person who gave the gift.
